Change of Mind

As a small, thoughtfully crafted brand, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

Every MaVie tote is produced in considered quantities, and your purchase helps us minimise waste and keep our quality high.
 

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please email us at hello@maviecollective.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos showing the issue

We handle these with urgency, care, and common sense. Where a fault or error is confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund for you.

 

Refund Timing

Once your return (for a damaged or incorrect item) has been received and approved, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method and generally appear within a few business days, depending on your bank.

Orders are processed in 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Items that are pre-ordered are processed within 2-3 business days of their arrival in stock.

Orders that are successfully placed will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

If you have any questions about your order, please contact us right away at hello@maviecollective.com. We will be unable to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.

Please double-check that you have entered the correct address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to address errors that you provide. We will refund the original order if an order is returned due to an incorrect address.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are packed with care and shipped from Melbourne, Australia.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping Australia-wide and you pay for the express shipping where required. International shipping is currently not available.

How long will delivery take?

Once dispatched, most Australian metro orders arrive within 3–5 business days. Regional and remote areas may take a little longer. You’ll receive tracking details the moment your order ships.

Do you offer express delivery?

Yes. Express options are available at checkout for urgent deliveries or last-minute gifting.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, so you can follow your new tote’s journey home.
