Change of Mind
As a small, thoughtfully crafted brand, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
Every MaVie tote is produced in considered quantities, and your purchase helps us minimise waste and keep our quality high.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please email us at hello@maviecollective.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos showing the issue
We handle these with urgency, care, and common sense. Where a fault or error is confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund for you.
Refund Timing
Once your return (for a damaged or incorrect item) has been received and approved, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method and generally appear within a few business days, depending on your bank.
